Who we accept

We accept founders at any revenue stage — including pre-revenue. What matters is that you have a real business you're committed to building, not a side project you're testing.

The matching process

We don't use an algorithm. Adam reviews every application and selects a mentor based on industry overlap, stage relevance, and the specific bottleneck you describe. This takes a few days and that's intentional.

What happens after

If we have a strong match, we'll connect you via email with your mentor. From there you'll agree on a structure together — frequency, format, duration. We facilitate, you own the relationship.

Not the right fit?

If we can't match you with someone whose background directly applies, we'll tell you. We'd rather say no than make a mediocre match.
